One of the largest investors in Serbia, a systemic and responsible bank, operational 15 years on the market, due to the intensification of its activities, is opening the following position: Application Support Specialist (Alternative channels – IT DIVISION)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and support of e-banking, m-banking, ATM, POS and Visa/Master/DINA Cards solutions
- Coordinate and resolve incidents. Follow through incident resolution with the vendor, or with internal resources and tools.
- Validate the application’s functionalities developed by the vendors using backend and frontend of these applications
- Working closely with developers (internal and external vendor) and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Design and provide any kind of reports related to e-channels applications
- Responsible for analyzing solutions, integration and implementation of new services and follow up their life cycle
- Support banking application projects related to e-channels applications
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or other equivalent
- Relevant experience in IT, ideally within a financial services environment
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and some experience with SQL (PLSQL Developer or SQL Server Management Studio)
- Knowledge or experience of programming languages and algorithms would be an advantage
- Proficiency communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Experience in working with Jira and confluence would be an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work under little supervision
