Your responsibilities
- Domain portfolio management
- Acquisition asset ownership and migration (when needed for hosting)
- Resolving complex ticket issues through Freshservice
- Access Management for the apps via One Login
- Creating / sharing SSH Access
- Coordination with other teams
Required skills
- Minimum 2 years of work experience on IT / devops related position – in development, web server administration or networking;
- Good knowledge of English vocabulary
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of web domains, DNS, SSL, CloudFlare usage
- Good hold on Linux terminal usage
- Advance knowledge on AWS / Plesk is a PLUS
