Automation Engineer in Test (M/F)

This is a position in our offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac, Subotica and Cacak whatever location is better for you!

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of our SaaS solution by building and running our automated test environment
  • Improve and maintain the test automation environment in terms of UI Tests, API tests, static code analysis, performance, and end-to-end tests using various tools
  • Create simple and complex test cases, run tests, report defects automatically
  • Configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in CI/CD environments.
  • Actively work on the backend for our test automation
  • Follow an Agile development process with monthly release cycles and daily software deployments

Position Requirements:

  • You have already worked at least 2 years in testing larger applications following an automated testing approach
  • You can efficiently work in a Linux based environment with all the standard tools offered there
  • Understanding of OOP concepts
  • Knowledge of SOAP or REST and understanding of API calls
  • You know how to quickly write scripts (e.g. Bash) that connect all the components used in the CI/CT/CD pipeline
  • You already worked with the following tools/languages before: Jenkins, Git, Selenium, Jira, Python
  • Experience with the following is a plus: Relational Databases (MySQL, Postgress, etc.), XRay, experience with performance testing frameworks like Locust/Artillery/k6, Docker (Compose)
  • Eager to learn, willing to share knowledge with your colleagues, and able to adapt to existing processes and workflows
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
