Job Introduction
For our Global IT team, we are looking for an "Analyst B2B/EDI" (m/f) at the location in Belgrade. Magna ITs B2B service is a key role inside the Supply Chain of all Magna plants using the service. The Magna B2B service is the interface between customers and vendors, used to automate transactions as shipments or any other logistics processes between those parties. The B2B Analyst is a key role within the B2B department demonstrating great knowledge in project management and attention to quality delivering a world class service to the Magna plants. Major Responsibilities
- Maintenance and operation of B2B and EDI systems
- Monitoring the systems as well as independent fault and fault rectification
- Technical link between business partners and the Magna EDI landscape
- User support and training for all software products used in the area
- Support in migration & rollout projects
Knowledge and Education
- Completion of University Degree or equivalent work experience #
Work Experience
- Relevant professional experience in B2B / EDI is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Skills and Competencies
- General IT knowledge (HW, SW, network)
- Basic programming skills
- Good knowledge of Windows & Unix OS
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Team spirit, good communicative skills, high social skills and resilience
- High degree of self-responsibility, commitment and sense of responsibility
- Readiness for multi-shift operation or standby service
- In the case of male applicants: Civil and / or presence service as soon as possible
