Job assignment:

The primary focus of the Sales BSA position in Essex Europe is to support information systems related to the Sales BSA areas of the business environment including, but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Main tasks:

· Supports Essex Europe Sales IT, and automation initiatives;

· Takes part in the improvement of the Sales processes;

· Takes part in analyzing Sales requirements and projects them into effective IT and automation solutions;

· Takes part in geographically diverse teams on the European level;

· Supports the deployment of production applications and provides post-production support;

· Takes part in projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance;

· Takes part in the development of the functional unit test cases;

· Builds training documentation and imparts training to end users;

Education

· Bachelor’s or Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Computer Science/ Information System or other related field preferred

· Master’s or Degree would be a plus

Professional experience:

1 to 3 years of professional experience required

o Special skills and experiences:

· Excellent communication skills;

· Excellent listening and interpersonal skills;

· Highly self-motivated and directed;

· English – Fluent written and spoken is required;

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

· Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

– Good knowledge of Windows

Traveling: up to 20%
