Responsibilities:
- Gather information on the business needs of the stakeholders
- Clearly translate business requirements into software requirements into wireframes, diagrams and documentation;
- Analysis of feature functionality related to application;
- Develop functionality in a no-code platform (Decisions.com);
Skills and Qualification:
- 2+ years experience in IT as a Business Analyst, Developer or similar;
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills;
- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude;
- Strong result orientation;
- SQL knowledge is a must;
- BA certificates would be a plus;
- HTML/CSS knowledge would be a plus
How would your standard workflow look:
- Interview Stakeholders,
- Create detailed workflow diagrams, document main requirements,
- Develop a feature or it’s prototype in Decisions.com,
- Review with stakeholders,
- Improve the feature/prototype,
- Test, demo to stakeholders,
- Move to production system.
