Project Overview:
We’re NDS (Navigation Data Standard), a product team. We compile source data into an application-friendly run-time format for use in navigation applications and services, as well as third-party partners and customers. Map management and full scope updates are central. On this team, you will create the most innovative technologies to transform online and embedded navigation around the world, ultimately shaping tomorrow’s mobility.
Requirements:
- Explore new ways of improving existing services and products;
- Work with development team so that product requirements are understood;
- Work with project management;
- Work within a software development methodology like LeSS, Scrum;
- Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams;
- Work with stakeholders and leadership to develop technical roadmap aligned with growth strategies;
- Solve complex problems;
- Track completion of Team Epics;
- Coach the team for the agile way of working;
- Experience managing solution delivery for large complex cross-functional projects and programs;
- Expert understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures;
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to manage communications & coordinate between client and development teams;
- Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment;
- English Upper-Intermediate.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of mapdata e.g. NDS, GIS, RDF, GDF.
- Higher Education: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
