About team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
Job Description:Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team: ► You will define the strategy and drive the roll-out of our digital analytics solutions as a technical and business consultant and/or project lead ► You will act as consultant and project lead for global web tracking initiatives among different business units and stakeholders ► You will own the tracking and tag management guidelines and standards to enable a KPI-driven optimization of our digital business models ► You will define and shape the target picture of our Customer Data Platform. You scale its application according to a defined roll-out plan with our business teams and regions worldwide ► You will ensure that web tracking is transparent and controllable by our users. Together with our legal departments you ensure compliance with data regulations worldwide ► You will guide the technical integration in close cooperation with our service providers, central IT department and internal development team ► You will work in a cross-divisional international team using agile working methods |
Qualifications:Who you are? ► 2+ years of professional experience in web projects ► In depth knowledge of Google Analytics or other web tracking solutions ► Expertise and experience in data regulations and legal frameworks for web tracking ► Experience in data visualization ► Understanding of site tagging with tag management systems such as Tealium iQ or a comparable enterprise solution preferred ► Experience in Agile/Scrum development process will be an advantage ► You are fluent in English You would be a perfect match to our team if: ► You are eager to work with the newest technologies ► You are ready to work in cross-functional teams, offering transparency, accountability and adaptability ► You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other ► You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects ► You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally ► You take ownership of projects and tasks ► You’re not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges |
