EXUS’ Financial Suite (EFS) Engineering Department is looking for a talented BI Engineer (contractor/long-term collaboration) to join us remotely. EFS is an award winning comprehensive suite of software applications that manages credit risk along the whole lifecycle of accounts, from the moment of disbursement until write-off or debt sale. It currently supports the operations of banks, utilities and telecom operators in 32 countries.

After you are trained in the EFS Product, you will be responsible for the deployment of our Analytics Solution, the Analysis & Development of New Reports, Customer Training & Support.

Responsibilities
- Being responsible for analyzing & implementing the BI Reporting Projects' Requirements
- Creating new reports, dashboards, visualisations using advanced queries and/or MicroStrategy
- Training EXUS' Clients in our MicroStrategy Analytics Solution
- Acting as a Technical Analyst for EFS projects (if/when required)
- Develop and update technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering (or related field). Master’s degree will be considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Consulting or Software House, as a BI Engineer / Analyst.
- At least 4 years of working experience with Oracle Database development (PL/SQL, SQL)
- Deep understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts
- Experience with report analysis and development
- Customer focused with attention to detail
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English
- Ability to travel abroad (Europe, Middle East, Asia and North Africa) around 20%, depending on project duration and conditions
Will be considered a plus
- Experience with Debt Collection systems will be highly appreciated
- Experience with popular BI Platforms
- Experience with database -complex query tuning
- Advanced knowledge in statistics
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
