Your Tasks
- Responsible for operational performance and business outcomes
- Governance of the release train:
- Accountable for the development of the Agile Release Train
- Accountable for organizational change within the Agile Release Train (hire, fire, promotion, change of role)
- Accountable for compliance of the ART with all company standards and rules, e.g., SAFe implementation, Quality, Safety, Security…
- Managing the budget (resources/assets/material/training) for the release train – together with the ART heads
- ensure availability of budget to enable roadmap achievement
- monitoring the budget
- Participate in Pre-PI planning/portfolio process (to understand company strategy & priorities)
- Participate in Inspect & Adapt workshop and make sure that the release train improves continuously
- Participate in PI planning
- provide guardrails and provide strategic guidance
- evaluate planning
- commit to the PI planning results
Your Profile
- 5-10 years of management experiences in an Agile Environment, preferably scaled agile environment (e.g., as RTE, CPO, BO)
- 5-10 years of line management experience (e.g., group lead, department head)
- Software Development background
- good understanding of the SW Development process (e.g., ASPICE)
- SW Development experiences
- Automotive industry background
