Fair Trading Technology is a technology provider, creating innovative solutions for the day-to-day problems facing FX brokers and their clients. Since 2010, we have been connection trading platforms, liquidity providers and brokers, with data centers in London and Hong Kong. Our headquarters is located in central Uddevalla on the West Coast of Sweden. We have our development and support office located in central Belgrade, Serbia.

You will be part of Client Services team where your focus is to ensure efficient and smooth operation of support for clients worldwide. As a Client Services Officer you will be with direct contact with clients to understand their technical needs and be able to troubleshoot and make your own investigation to solve their problems.

As your knowledge grow, you will participate in testing of final products as well as education to customers. You will be contacted via phone, chat and mail and along with our developers, you will resolve any issues as that may occur.

Our tech support is 24/5, which will require working in 8 hours shifts. You will rotate between morning, evening and night shifts. Working language in the company is English, so good knowledge is a must. We are flexible when it comes to where the work is done, at home or from our Belgrade office, however we ask that you are open for coming to Belgrade for company events.

What are we looking from our candidates:

We hire for personality and train for skill. For us, most important thing is that you are interested in new technologies, willing to improve yourself, have a flexible way of thinking and that you are a communicative person. Along that, you will probably recognize yourself in one of the following skills:

  • Previous technical experience including customer support.
  • Interest in technology and its understanding
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive approach to job
  • Willingness to help clients
  • Experience in QA or testing in general is a huge plus
  • It is a necessity for you to be able to work in different shifts

It is a beneficial, but not required if also you meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • Experience in Financial Markets (FX, CFD, Stocks, etc.)
  • Knowledge of system development
  • Experience in Web Development

Salary & benefits:

The salary is depending on your previous skills however our starting point is €600 net/month for first 6 months and then a review of your progress is done with a window of opportunity for increase.

You will be entitled to 20 days of paid vacation as per industry standard.
