DESCRIPTION
MENU is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, reproducible, modular, and secure AWS Cloud and Kubernetes Infrastructures using infrastructure as a code to support the development and operation of multi-product MENU platform Services.
Type of contract: Permanent
The key responsibilities of the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reproducible, modular, and secure AWS Cloud and Kubernetes Infrastructures using infrastructure as a code to support the development and operation of multi-product MENU platform Services
- Support multiple modular systems/applications with a high level of concurrent users and low latency ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Collaborate with Development teams to enable MENU Platform services to run on AWS Cloud and Kubernetes infrastructures
- Provide support in the release management process to Development Teams
- Ensure secure operations of infrastructure technologies (security updates, vulnerability, and role access management)
- Proactively test the services’ capacity, performance, security, and resiliency
- Enhance the incident response process
REQUIREMENTS:
- +5 years of experience with building AWS Cloud Infrastructures
- +5 Experience working with large-scale production systems and running 24/7 services
- +2 Experience with micro-services / Kubernetes distributed systems in production
- Strong hands-on technical abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to keep track of multiple detailed tasks and ensure their accurate completion
- Highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
