CMD Services Associate
Belgrade
Activities:
- Maintaining defined master data
- Managing requests (opening, updating, quality control)
- Communication with users
- Participation in quality control and compliance of master data and maintenance of processes and procedures
- Maintaining and creating documentation for CMD processes in the provided forms and languages
- Participating in operating activities related to master data maintenance (opening, changes, deleting) and master data quality control in the productive SAP systems.
- Coordinating the process of master data and make sure the guidelines are followed, monitoring the processes
- Taking part in quality control and harmonization of master data and establishing processes and procedures in this area
- Taking part in global implementation activities on master data systems and projects (MDG and S/4 implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with an information technology focus
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management (SAP MDG preferred) as User or IT admin
- Plus: Experience with S/4 or business partners
- Plus: Experience in international environment and international rollout projects
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- Great communication skills
- High engagement and willingness to learn
- Fluent language skills in English (German is a plus)
