Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General technology knowledge – current popular hardware, software, mobile devices, gaming systems, etc
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer questions and complaints in a timely manner
- Resolving technical issues via email
- Close communication with the Support and Dev team
- Writing support articles and keeping them up to date
- Customer outreach whenever needed
- Small research/data collection projects
Pluses
- Technical Customer Support Experience
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Networking Experience
- Basic Networking Troubleshooting
- Exposure to Computer and Mobile troubleshooting
- HelpScout or equivalent help desk software experience
