Main responsibilities

  • Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft D365 F&O, working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage Microsoft D365 F&O using the best development and implementation methodologies
  • Develop and customize technical specifications and reports within the Microsoft D365 F&O Solution
  • Document work in a structured and transparent way which includes reports, and technical design documents, and presents analyses, project status, risks, and issues
  • Review functional design of given business requirements for the technical solution and detailed technical design
  • Explore new features/developments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform, and other related technologies
  • Work with project managers to plan, estimate, prioritize, and track technical and development work items; work closely with the rest of the development teams to assist them in development to adhere to project timelines
  • Own the coding, testing, and analyzing of software applications throughout the production life cycle
  • Act as the overall environment manager: track usage, code versions, and change management across multiple ERP environments and manage builds, deployment, and data migrations
  • Assist with pre- and post-sales, and support issues where needed
  • Collaborate with our global teams, and work with the team on large-scale implementation projects
  • Build positive client relationships and respond to client questions, concerns, or needs
  • Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle
  • Continuously improve product expertise and knowledge on related technical and functional topics
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members, share best practices, project methodology, and professional client service
  • Shares knowledge with colleagues and contributes to building the expertise of the entire team
  • Obtain and Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicable

Skills and experience


  • University degree
  • Knowledge of D365 F&O is a must
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong Development and functional knowledge of the product is a must
  • Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach
  • Ability to decompose a challenge into smaller parts and address the parts in a disciplined manner, individually or as a part of a team
  • A natural affinity for technology with a desire to improve technical skills
  • Customer-centric approach and great communication skills
  • Ability to work with team members across the globe
  • Excellent written and spoken the English language


  • Able to manage teams/part of the team
