About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Job DescriptionOur team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team: ► You will be responsible for driving technical integration of customer master data service which is based on SaaS on SAP Cloud; ► Support different departments as Professional Data Security Partner (Professional DSP) ► Identify risks regarding Information Security and Privacy (ISP) and define appropriate measures ► Offer support and consulting to departments in implementing legal and internal ISP requirements ► Create ISP Security Concepts together with the responsible management ► Create and conduct trainings and awareness sessions for the management and associates ► Plan, prepare and conduct Self-checks and ISP-Audits including auditing of external business partners of the department ► Support of Internet applications, social media activities, app and cloud services as well as connected/ Internet of Things products according to the "ISP in Bosch product" requirements (technical data protection, adequate measures to implement information security, risk and threat analysis) |
QualificationsWho you are: ► Bachelor in Business Economics, Information Technology or comparable ► Perennial working experience (as Data Security Partner or IT Partner of advantage) ► Good knowledge in the area of information technology, technical data protection or information security and privacy would be of advantage ► Ability to identify risks, evaluate them and develop/suggest constructive solutions ► High degree of customer orientation, pro-activeness and commitment ► Ability to communicate and negotiate with management level and project teams ► Ability to work independently, systematically and in a structured manner ► Team player ► Remarkable communication and presentation skills ► IT affinity and professional usage of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ► Very high level of written and spoken English and German language You would be a perfect match to our team if: ► You are eager to work with the newest technologies ► You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other ► You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects ► You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally ► You take ownership of projects and tasks ► You’re not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges |
