For our expert team in Fixed Broadband and Mobile services, we are currently seeking for Development Project Manager to complement our team in Belgrade.
As Development Project Manager, you will:
Be responsible of coordinating and supervise the developing of tools and features for new and existing HW/SW products of the NET CHECK portfolio. It is a full stack scope; therefore, you will oversee the creation and adaptation of the system from infrastructure to the user interface and cross interaction between existing platforms.
You will work internally as part of the organization’s Engineering team and take an integral role in the development of the new systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritize, plan and coordinate the project development activities according to the (internal and external) customer requirements
- Supervise the development team daily to execute the assigned the tasks within the agreed deadlines and budget
- Act as primary contact for customer queries and concerns
- Perform customer negotiations for contractual terms and agreements
- Prepare project proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget
- Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to successfully execute projects
- Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans
- Perform cash flow analysis and process invoices in a timely fashion
- Develop business presentations for customers as needed
- Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity
- Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology is required
- Experience in PRINCE2 and/or Agile methodologies
- 5+ year of experience in Telecommunications, IT, or networking related projects
- Basic Linux knowledge
- DB Administration knowledge (SQL/NoSQL) (Good to have)
- SQL Scripting (good to have)
- Shell scripting (good to have)
- Fluent English in spoken and writing, additional language is an advantage (German)
