Fully integrated to our Aladdin eFront Engineering Team, you will be exposed to both the technical and functional layers of our most innovative products, while acquiring a unique skillset in the fast-growing Private Equity industry, and Alternative Investments in general. You will be a part of international and agile environment, with a strong drive for technical innovation.
Product:
We are reinforcing our software engineers in charge of the development of eFront Insight, the fastest-growing product of eFront (a part of BlackRock), dedicated to Alternative Investment companies.

Your day would include:
- Attend scrums events (grooming, planning, refinement, daily stand-up, demo,…) and work alongside with PO's and Developers to make sure user stories are correct and the sprints are completed on time and with required quality
- Gain an in-depth understanding of business requirements allowing you to manage the production of test cases and implementation of their automation.
- Manage test lifecycle
- User Stories review and estimates
- Building Test strategy, Test Plan and test cases
- Executing Test cases and logging defects or closing them
- Executing Test cases and logging, verifying and closing defects
- Ensure timely delivery of fixes for reported issue in accordance with the delivery manager
- Ensure post-mortem analysis following major releases
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master’ degree in Finance, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences
- 2+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance within Financial Services Technology is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience in API functional Testing
- Knowledge of some programming languages, or experience with automation tools, are a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, communication, time management skills; quick learner and self-motivated person who is comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
