YOUR JOB
- You challenge newly implemented features together with your scrum team
- You act as a driver for the testing strategy, the releasing process, UI automation and documentation and embed them in the scrum team
- You ensure quality without dedicated testers by enabling your scrum team and developing the necessary processes
- You are constantly in touch with our customers and act as person in charge for quality assurance and defect management
- You ensure the use of suitable testing and quality assurance approaches (API, regression, exploratory, …)
- You take care of defect prevention and risk management on feature, epic and project level throughout the entire software development lifecycle
- You keep an eye on the quality metrics and take the necessary steps based on them
YOUR SKILLS
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the IT or software development area
- You are aware of the differences between quality control, quality assurance and quality management
- You have the necessary mindset for agile software development
- You have first practical experience with UI automation and an interest in API and performance tests
- You are able to master critical situations in a professional way
- You know which quality assurance processes and measures are necessary at the start and during the implementation of a project
- You speak English fluently (B2 / C1), German is an advantage
- You – ideally – have relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB Agile Tester)
