Who are we?
Kriptomegdan doo, is a fintech startup with developed product, which is currently seeking a license in Serbia to operate the most user-friendly cryptocurrency exchange on the market. With marketing and distribution contracts in place, company is destined to success as soon as the license is approved with further plans on attacking the surrounding regions.
What is this role about?
You will be on a mission to gather a winning team of 3-8 members that will have the ability and knowhow to run the exchange operations smoothly, including customer support, tech support, accounting and legal. You would have to know the product inside and out, and to work with the existing development department on new functionalities. Day to day tasks would include managing the platform, processing sensitive transactions and similar. In a nutshell, you would be our right-hand guy for Serbian market.
You are the perfect fit for us if you have:
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
- 2+ years of experience as Team Lead or Product Owner role in IT or Fintech industry.
- Experience maintaining or developing websites thru CMS.
- Start-up experience would be considered a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple priorities and people.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with leading, communicating and working with different types of teams.
- Strategic and creative thinker.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Serbian.
