We are looking for a: Internal HR Specialist (Serbian, Russian/English)

We’re looking for a self-motivated Internal HR Specialist to join our core team on fulltime employment in our office in New Belgrade.

We would like you to undertake the following:

  • 1. New employees
    • onboarding
    • adaptation
  • 2. Work with employees
    • organization and implementation of processes aimed at increasing the productivity of employees
    • control of employee motivation, monitoring and elimination of emotional burnout of employees
    • improvement of the employee assessment scheme
    • control and management of the performance review process
    • consulting employees on various issues
    • conflict resolution and prevention
  • 3. Leisure
    • implement the calendar plan of company events
    • organize small corporate events in the office (once a month or more)
    • organize local team building for departments and teams at the request of the manager
    • organization of corporate holidays of the company (New Year, birthday of the company etc.)
  • 4. Training & Development
    • organize an employee’s training school
    • search for suitable services for employee training
    • organization of trainings (business etiquette, subordination, communication skills)
    • organizing and conducting tests and surveys, collecting and analyzing data (loyalty, involvement, satisfaction, burnout)
    • creating of proposals regarding the needs for training and development of competencies for planning and organizing development activities
  • 5. Corporate culture
    • assessment of the current situation
    • development of suggestions
    • plan approval
    • implementation
