Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and feedback for all levels of candidates
  • Search for candidates through all relevant channels
  • Support the company’s employer branding strategy
  • Create a great candidate experience
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit
  • Conducting onboarding process
  • Participation in other HR activities and projects


  • University degree (preferable Social sciences)
  • Familiarity with the IT market is desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Proactive, energetic and results-oriented
  • The ability to work in a team but also to work independently
