Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and feedback for all levels of candidates
- Search for candidates through all relevant channels
- Support the company’s employer branding strategy
- Create a great candidate experience
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit
- Conducting onboarding process
- Participation in other HR activities and projects
Requirements:
- University degree (preferable Social sciences)
- Familiarity with the IT market is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proactive, energetic and results-oriented
- The ability to work in a team but also to work independently
