Responsibilities:
iOS Team Lead duties and responsibilities are:
- Lead the development of our iOS app – from requirements to design, development and validation
- Provide architectural design and technical leadership to the mobile development team
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
- Collaborate with other Engineering teams, management, QC, and other stakeholders to produce cutting-edge software solutions
- Foster a culture of ownership and promote a highly collaborative environment
- Troubleshoot code-level problems quickly and efficiently
- Forecast and track team budgets
- Ensure high system availability and scalability
- Establish performance monitoring systems and protocols to ensure a high degree of availability, system readiness, and performance
- Hire, supervise IOS developers, provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance as well as performance evaluation
Requirements:

- 3+ years of engineering experience
- Has experience in a team leadership role
- Has at least 2+ years of Swift experience
- Good understanding of reactive programming (RxSwift or Combine)
- Has experience with Realm and CoreData
- Has experience with RESTful API
- Advanced understanding of Git
- CI/CD best practices and optimization of development flow
- Experience with IoT – hardware-less development and test
- Proponent of rapid prototyping and iterative design
- The ability to rigorously test software to ensure it meets the expected requirements. This includes the ability to create automated test suites
- Good working knowledge of build and configuration management: SVN, Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, or similar tools
- The ability to work at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Very good verbal and written English
