The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. Digital and Development Center is efficiently bundling digital and development activities across all Business Units of Bosch Power Tools.

We are searching for a new colleague to join the team, which will help us improve Global Information System for technical data. App consist of few moduls which is already live and have 10000+ users in more than 70 locations. Over the years this moduls need redesign architecturally and visually, so we need someone ready to work on this closely.

Job Description:

► You'll accompany the re-design of Power Tools division's central engineering application (engineering master data) from idea to implementation

► You'll drive the collection and verification of requirements from stakeholders PT worldwide

► You'll align and review requirements with these stakeholders and the experts from PT central functions

► You'll define user stories based on aligned customer requirements

► You'll introduce user stories to development team

► You'll support product owner to groom user story backlog

► You'll be consulting and coaching of Project Leaders regarding RE methods and their application
► You'll plan and moderate RE workshops

► You'll actively promote the quality assurance of requirements

► You'll have special tasks in interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Who you are?

5+ years of relevant experience in requirement management, software development/engineering

► University degree in computer sciences or equivalent

► Deep expertise in software development processes, requirement engineering practice

► Knowledge in the preparation of specifications, general/fine concepts and requirement specifications

► Deep experience in software system modelling (e.g. with UML)

You would be a perfect match to our team if:

High degree of analytical thinking combined with creativity and solution-orientation

► Self-driven, independent and structured way of working

► Willingness and ability to collaborate successfully in a virtual Agile Team

► Exceptional communication / moderation skills
► Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
