We invite you to become a valued member of our Business Analysis team in the IT/IS Business Analyst function. IT/IS Business Analyst, also known as an Integration Support Analyst or Technical Analyst, is tasked with planning, coordinating, and documenting the integration of our AdInsure core insurance platform into clients' existing application landscape. We look for people who are curious, courageous, innovative, collaborative and passionate about IT technology and can facilitate business and technical discussions with various counterparts, technical and non-technical.

Once you're here, you will:

  • Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of business requirements and platform architecture to effectively support the implementation and development of software products in insurance product design, sales, policy management, and claims to handle.
  • Communicate with customer representatives from business and technical areas as you gather requirements and present the platform.
  • Manage and document business requirements and provide consulting for subject areas.
  • Develop documentation (functional specifications) based on requirements and other inputs.
  • Collaborate with other business analysts, software developers, and technical team leads.
  • Bring an infectious, positive, can-do attitude and a relentless aspiration for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers.

Who are we looking for?

Experts with the drive to analyse insurance processes who are interested in working on and developing business processes in core insurance applications by applying best practices and modern tools.

If you have some of the following skills and features, we will be happy to receive your application:

  • A strong desire and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • 3+ years of experience working in software development, designing solution architectures and/or managing business-IT integration
  • Common sense so you can quickly establish the logical connection between different key factors
  • Presentation skills: You love to speak in public and enjoy meeting with clients
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information in a structured manner that enables you to get the whole picture of a problem
  • Excellent English knowledge

The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements:

  • Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile tools (e.g. JIRA); experience in insurance or other financial services
  • Experience with the implementation lifecycle of insurance IT solutions
