IT Manager, MNDS Europe

Job Summary:

• This position is responsible for developing and delivering all services classified as Manufacturing Network and Digital Support for Company operations for the assigned region. The role is responsible for designing, building, pricing and enhancing the manufacturing network and digital support. Working closely with the regional and global D&T team, the leader of the Manufacturing Network and Digital Support site team is having responsibility for developing and efficiently managing the local teams that operate all aspects of the site’s infrastructure and User devices in line with corporate guidelines & procedures. Performs duties in line with best D&T practices and applicable regulatory requirements (i.e., cGMP, Computer System Validation, 21 CFR part 11 compliance).

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred in Computer Science or equivalent in experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, ideally in regulatory manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong service orientation

Your responsibilities:

• Work with Business Unit Leadership to understand the business outcome of the service
• Manage escalations and communication in case of D&T service outages in the sites
• Responsible for services delivery teams (internal and external)
• Managing and coordinating services through appropriate service centers
• Collaborate with D&T internal stakeholder and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies
• Drive, track, and report on continuous improvements in service delivery performance
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem determination/resolution
• Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects and coordinate roll-out of same on local site level
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs/ Utilize and leverage Service Management tools for tracking of workloads
• Professional attitude in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Exemplary behavior in IT security related topics
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules

Physical and Travel Requirements:

• Expected less than 20% of time on local / regional & global business trips
