Brief Job Description:
IT Support Administrator is responsible for support activities in regard of all ICT (Information and Communication Technology) related matters to CFO in line with Group IT strategy.
Responsibilities:
First-Level-Support for company users
Installing and configuring new hardware/software
Mobile devise management on company level (iPads, mobile and fix phone management incl.
telephone asset management, SIM management etc.)
Preparation and maintenance of operational manuals for end users
Participation in SeS fixed asset inventory counts as owner of the related software
Permanently increasing awareness about security knowledge within employees
