Your place in the team
Your would help us to build our IT infrastructure from scratch with the goal to increase security standards and scalability (exp.: Sharepoint, MDM through Intune). Additionally you will be responsible for ordering and managing every hardware piece within our company.
What you would be working on
- Defining proper hardware requirements for our teams and full-fill their needs
- Manage IT hardware orders and distribution within the company
- Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with IT issues and problems
- Performs technical tasks related to the installation and maintenance of systems software products
- Provide support on corporate end user applications including O365, remote access systems, telephone systems, etc.
- Resolve routine problems and escalate non-routine problems
- Perform routine tasks for onboarding and offboarding user accounts to meet all internal and external audit standards
Your Profile
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English is mandatory
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience supporting MAC, Linux, and Windows 10 Operating systems in an enterprise computing environment
- Good understanding of business processes and proficient computer skills
- Strong customer focus, communication skills and high stress-resistant
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to do so
- Creative, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously
- Must be detail orientated with the ability to update tickets in a clear concise and manner
- Experience troubleshooting end-user connectivity issues LAN/WAN and wireless technologies
- Experience with account provisioning
