IT Support Technician

You will provide hands-on and remote support to our staff in Belgrade, ensuring the teams can perform their tasks without interruption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high productivity and minimal work interruption by resolving level 1 issues in the shortest time period and escalating to other departments on-need basis
  • Installing required software and raising tickets on behalf of other employees through the self-service portal
  • Support around maintenance of IT equipment (Laptops, PCs, Printers, Phones etc.)
  • Support around maintenance of network equipment with the guidance of remote specialists (on-need basis)
  • Making sure unused hardware is stored in a proper way, in secure conditions and accounted for
  • Keeping track of hardware
  • Handing out new or replacement equipment
  • Adhere to company regulatory requirements such as data protection, data privacy etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support
  • Minimum High school education degree
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong computer literacy (Windows OS)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & accountability
  • Readiness to come in during the weekends or nights, if there is a P1 incident interrupting operations
  • Right to live and work in Serbia

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working with network equipment (configuration changes, server backups)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
