Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Technical School’s degree in computer science or informatics
- 2-3 years ICT experience
- Excellent knowledge of O365
- Very good knowledge of English (advanced level)
- Good understanding of how typical IT systems work
- An interest in helping people use technology
- Good communication skills
- Politeness, courtesy and patience
- Valid driver license B category
Job description:
- Provides technical support to internal customers via phone, email and on-site
- Is responsible for the administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of server systems and networking infrastructure
- Carries out activities related to maintaining an effective security/backup and disaster recovery processes and systems
- Maintenance of telephone devices and network
- Monitoring system for security video & alarm supervision
- Maintenance of Time and Attendance system
