Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering of users and computers in Active Directory and O365
  • Supporting of End Users – hardware and software (in-person and remotely)
  • Administering of applications on computers and servers
  • Maintaining hardware/software inventories
  • Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of MS Active Directory, O365, Windows 7/10, Windows Servers, MS Office and networking is a strong advantage
  • Capability to learn new IT systems quickly
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good level of English
