We are hiring: Junior Product Specialist
As a Junior Product Specialist in our team, you will be:
- Participating in the analysis of client requirements in the field of Document Management Systems and interpreting functional requirements to internal teams
- Contributing to the implementation projects through configuring and testing of ASEE DMS product
- Writing test scenarios, testing applications and creating reports on test results
- Providing customer support during the customer acceptance test and contributing to building and maintaining of automated tests and test data
- Participating in preparation and conduction of training organized for users of ASEE DMS product
- Creating user manuals and update of knowledge base
- Providing an appropriate level of support for ASEE DMS product in order to provide fully functional, operational and optimized application in accordance to SLA
- Communicating with clients to precisely define the problem as well as clearly present the solution for the problem presented
About you
- You have appropriate education in the area of computing science (or equivalent); VSS, VII/1, also relevant IT experience will be considered as an advantage
- You have intermediate English skills
- You have critical thinking and problem solving skills – the ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
- You have the ability to listen and ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received
- You have documentation and writing skills – creating documents such as use cases, business requirement documents, user manuals and test cases
