The Games group at Greentube is currently looking into extending their 2nd Level Technical Support team.
Within this team, you work in the very heart of our gaming systems: You deploy, support and configure application servers, troubleshoot application and gaming issues, and provide long term solutions for recurring requests. You will be working on issues escalated by the 1st Level Operations teams, on requests from business customers and on internal product support requests.
YOUR TASKS
Provide 2nd Level support for Greentube Casino Games and Casino Operator integrations
Provide 2nd Level support for the Remote Gaming System
Communicate with business partners
Support new system implementations
Support technical teams internally
Configure the Remote Gaming System and support the complete Games and Operator Integrations life cycles
Analysis, troubleshooting and fixing problems, performing Root Cause Analysis using Logging systems, monitoring tools and database queries
