Medior Rust Developer
To join the team working on microservices based architecture for a geospatial data platform supporting use cases for data inspection, data acquisition and groundwork for geolocated resources in physical space. You will be working with innovative technologies and novel approaches within an Agile based framework and across three international teams.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Working experience with the following technologies and tools:
- Server side: Rust, Warp
- AWS Services: AWS Lambda, Cognito, EC2, RDS, S3
- Client side: Strong experience building React.JS applications, TypeScript and ES6
- Docker, Git
- Understanding of functional programming paradigm.
Nice to have
- Solid background in C and C++
- Solid understanding of REST, containerization, caching, as well as Event-Driven and Microservice-based architectures.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- ETS (Erlang Term Storage)
- Elixir
- PostGIS for handling geometry operations
- Experience in test driven development, preparing test cases and using test runners.
- Experience in code optimization and refactoring.
