The Search Group (Global) Limited is looking for an Experienced IT Operations Manager:
To manage the company’s IT function. You will be focusing on design, installation, configuration, operational management, migration, integration, monitoring, and cost tracking of Microsoft O 365 services. You will be in charge of endpoint and network management. As the IT OPS manager, you will oversee the company’s yearly IT budget and manage IT procurement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and able to work across the organization. You will be a key manager and will work with the company’s top management on strategic decision-making involving IT:
Qualifications
Required skills & experience:
- Ability to manage independently a Microsoft Office 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security)
- Experience working with Azure Active Directory, multi factor authentication (Azure MFA preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate)
- Functional knowledge of Network administration (Cisco Meraki).
- Functional understanding of MS Intune and remote endpoint provisioning.
- Domain and WordPress Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Continuity of Operations/Disaster Recovery architecture and planning.
- Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Microsoft Cloud Certification.
- Understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles.
- Understanding ISO27001 and SOC2
