The job requires working in a distributed international environment, collaborating closely with both local and remote teams. You will be directly involved in providing technical support for users, as well as maintaining and monitoring servers, networking devices, video surveillance and access control systems.
The following knowledge and skills are required:
Strong knowledge of Windows OS environment.
Knowledge of Windows domain and networking services (AD, LAPS, DHCP, etc.).
Knowledge and understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, VPN, cabling, etc.).
Solid knowledge of PC hardware.
Active knowledge of English language, written and spoken.
The following is considered an advantage:
Experience with providing technical support, both locally and remotely.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, and document your actions.
Experience with maintaining access control and CCTV systems.
Knowledge of and experience with Linux-based and MacOS operating systems..
