DragonMedia.io is seeking an experienced Operations Account Manager with iGaming/Slot experience to join our global team of iGaming professionals. DragonMedia operates an international operation of a digital, performance-led, team of digital marketing specialists looking to expand in-house creatives across the globe. This is a new and exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding casino gaming company.

Job description:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Helping to provide all marketing materials
  • Help manage our games on clients’ websites, ensuring that the games work properly; positions; logos; etc.
  • Helping improve clients' ROI; suggesting promotions, bonuses, website positions, etc.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Proven expertise in providing client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
