Finbet d.o.o. Associated Company to international Fincore group is hiring IT professionals for its Belgrade office.
To that end, Finbet is seeking for Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle database versions 11c/12c/19c.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills, including:
- Knowledge of database design, data modeling and working with various types of database objects (procedures, packages, collections, jobs, advanced queues…).
- Writing, analyzing and debugging complex SQL statements.
- SQL performance monitoring and tuning.
- Intermediate or advanced English writing and communication competence is a must.
- Not of interest: experience in Oracle front end technologies (e.g. Forms/Reports)
Desirable skills:
- Education: BS/MS in Mathematics, Electronics or Computer-Science university department.
- Experience in integration with external systems and services.
- Experience with complex 24/7 highly transactional systems is recommended.
Job description:
- Development and support of core database components in the existing sports betting system.
- Responsible for integrations with internal system components and third-party services.
- Working on the system with a versatile technology stack (Oracle, C++, .NET, VB6, Java).
- Working on the complex system with large tables (500+ million records) and high data throughput (1000+ transactions / second).
- Implement software designs, taking into consideration Company and industry best practices.
- Provide documentation to an appropriate level for the intended audience.

- Ability to prioritise, multitask, meet deadlines and coordinate schedules with others.
- Ability to work independently and conduct self-directed research.
