Summary:
A PL/SQL developer will be responsible for customizing, maintaining, supporting and extending the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications, as well as developing new applications using Oracle technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions to support the business and to enhance functionality based on business requirements
- Work closely with the business and others in IT to develop new solutions and extend the functionality of EBS
- Analyze, design and develop reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows with Oracle technology tools such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Apex, Oracle Applications Framework
- Understand and implement technical configuration changes to E-Business Suite modules
- Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and provide technical solutions
Qualifications:
- Experience in Oracle PL/SQL and database development
- Knowledge and experience with BI Publisher
- University degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Good command of English
Considered a plus:
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms
- Knowledge and experience of Apex
- Experience in exposing and consuming SOAP and REST services is considered as a serious plus
