Job Description
We are seeking a product owner responsible for working on our zero-trust data protection framework. Your primary responsibilities will be to interpret requirements, define features, prioritize efforts, and work closely both the client success team and our technical implementation team to ensure that we continue to deliver leading solutions that transform our clients’ businesses. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior management and client success teams to understand evolving product vision and client requirements
- Transform product vision and requirements into a coherent product roadmap
- Write detailed user stories for developer implementation and define acceptance criteria
- Working closely with the engineering team to create, manage and maintain a Backlog in JIRA, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Managing the release of new product features, working closely with Agile development teams to ensure timely release to high levels of quality and producing detailed release plans
- Work with the client support team to review and sign-off on relevant knowledge base articles for new features
- Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize features and monitor implementation progress
Skills/Requirements
- Experience working in a an Agile (preferably Kanban) environment is a must
- Proven experience breaking down complex requirements into well-defined use cases (for example well-defined “GWT” use cases)
- Extensive experience with Atlassian suite of products (Jira & Confluence). Proven ability configuring a Kanban board and managing work streams
- Technical education or development background is a plus
- Experience with product work (not project) is a big plus, as is experience working on SaaS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Experience with cyber security products is a plus
- 4+ years of experience
