Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and business stakeholders
- Plan resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Plan and manage project schedule and work plan
- Plan project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, and track project costs to meet the budget
- Ensure project management documentation is kept up to date and stakeholders are informed of progress
- Manage the development team members and contractors
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end according to project plan and project management policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate with all the stakeholders to establish sound project management practices and principles for managing projects of varying size and business priority
- Ensure that a standard set of tools, documents and procedures are developed, maintained and routinely executed by the development team
- Work with team members to establish and report on metrics used to evaluate project and portfolio health, and to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and oversee team growth and team members’ development according to yearly plans
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the projects’ success
Requirements:
- Management experience in IT – 3+ years
- Bachelor’s degree in management or computer science
- Technical background would be considered as an advantage
- Business Analysis experience would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent Reporting and Communication Skills (Both in Serbian and English)
- Leadership Skills (Leading and adjusting teams as needed)
- Excellent Organizational Skills (Time; Resource Management, Team Organization)
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Motivation for personal development and learning new skills, tools and technologies
- PMP certification would be considered as an advantage
