Right now, we are looking for: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and business stakeholders
  • Plan resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Plan and manage project schedule and work plan
  • Plan project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, and track project costs to meet the budget
  • Ensure project management documentation is kept up to date and stakeholders are informed of progress
  • Manage the development team members and contractors
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end according to project plan and project management policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate with all the stakeholders to establish sound project management practices and principles for managing projects of varying size and business priority
  • Ensure that a standard set of tools, documents and procedures are developed, maintained and routinely executed by the development team
  • Work with team members to establish and report on metrics used to evaluate project and portfolio health, and to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and oversee team growth and team members’ development according to yearly plans
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the projects’ success

Requirements:

  • Management experience in IT – 3+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or computer science
  • Technical background would be considered as an advantage
  • Business Analysis experience would be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent Reporting and Communication Skills (Both in Serbian and English)
  • Leadership Skills (Leading and adjusting teams as needed)
  • Excellent Organizational Skills (Time; Resource Management, Team Organization)
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Motivation for personal development and learning new skills, tools and technologies
  • PMP certification would be considered as an advantage
