Service & System Administrator
Your tasks as Service & System Administrator:
Setup, creation and administration of security and distribution groups with the corporate tools
Remote maintenance and support of the video conferencing system, as well as the users
Administration of Windows server and various server applications
Support of the development departments regarding IT issues
Remote analysis and bug fixing of the IT systems in the development area (test benches, network, application equipment)
Cooperation with internal and external IT experts regarding technical issues and developments
Application of the incident, problem and change management system (ITIL)
Coordination of the external service provider
Procurement of software and hardware for the departments
Your profile as Service & System Administrator:
Bachelor or Master in IT or comparable qualification
