Quality Manager in Project (m/f)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Main contact within the project team and towards the customer regarding all quality aspects
- Coordinate the work in project team to ensure overall quality in product development and process compliance
- Creation and implementation of quality concepts for the projects and products
- Negotiate quality requirements with the customer (e.g., validation plan, quality targets, engineering tests…
- Define and implement active measures to improve quality status (e.g., risks assessments, reviews, …
- Supporting the management with quality related key figures (e.g., KPIs, escalations, project reporting…)
- Drive application of quality tools and structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, …)
- Preparation, execution, and wrap-up of internal or external assessments (e.g., VDA/IATF16949 audits ASPICE assessments…)
- Definition and follow up of quality targets, safe launch plan and quality concept
QUALIFICATIONS
- University or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Good knowledge in electronics and software, preferably from automotive industry
- Advanced or good knowledge in Quality Management of Automotive suppliers and Project Management (VDA6.3 / QS9000 and IATF16949)
- Skills in problem solving methods, e.g. SixSigma education or 8D;
- Good knowledge of statistics and tools, MS Office and Data Preparation
- Language skills: Fluent in English (German is considered as advantage);
- Personal Skills: Problem solving oriented mindset; attention to details; focused on product quality; networking and communication skills, self-reliant working with high motivation, flexible and able to work under pressure.
