This time we are expanding our HR team and looking for a Recruiter to join our small (but excellent) team of five people. 🙂

We are looking for someone with the same values as we do: always striving for problem-solving, adding value to everything we do, and sharing knowledge.
You will be working on a constant search for valuable talents by being a part of our team.
Besides that, you will actively work on employer branding and company culture implementation.
We primarily hire tech roles of various seniorities and tech backgrounds, as our Delivery team is constantly expanding. However, let's not forget we have vacancies in other units – Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR, since we are growing as a whole organization on all levels.
If you have experience in the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to processing candidates to providing relevant feedback, this role might be a good use of your skillset. We also like to mention that we hire based on talent and knowledge and highly respect diversity, empathy, adaptability, and demonstrating integrity. Therefore hiring without biases is what we strive to fulfill. 🙂

Education and experience:

  • Two years experience in tech recruitment
  • Bachelor degree

Requirements:

  • Experience with sourcing (LinkedIn recruiter/writing strings)
  • Knowledge about the IT industry in Serbia
  • Experience with hiring tech roles within various tech-stack and non-tech roles within the IT sphere
  • Experience with applicant tracking system and reporting metrics
  • Understanding the tech vocabulary and being digitally literate is preferable.
  • Proficient in English (B2)
