We are looking for a new team member to support our client Johnson Electric company in Nis: Regional Infrastructure System Engineer
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible that IT Regional Server Infrastructure is available and reliable in the whole Europe Region. Regional System Infrastructure includes all virtual and physical servers that have been installed in Europe.
- Collaboration with Communication Infrastructure Europe and Regional Infrastructure Europe for IT standards definition and deployment across the region and for Infrastructure Europe SLA definition
- The job holder has to help to define our IT platforms portfolio and our lifecycle timelines.
- Collaboration for Regional Infrastructure Europe budget definition and define and selection of reliable IT infrastructure hardware and/or services at benchmark TCO
- Coordinate hardware vendors and/or service providers for Regional Infrastructure Europe management
- Problem analysis and RCA follow through for Regional Infrastructure Europe
- Manage Regional Infrastructure Europe monitoring tools
- Manage requests for exceptions outside defined standards in order to identify the impact on Europe Infrastructure and possible solutions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with the following profile:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure system engineering
- Fluency in English is required
- Minimum bachelor's degree related to IT
- Good mixture of skills covering general maintenance of Microsoft Server Management and Azure Certifications – Very good knowledge about Vsphere infrastructure – good knowledge on Backup and Recovery Softwares
- Good communication skills
- Team Player and understanding of business case finance models
- Ability to react to rapidly changing critical situations in addition to working in a planned organized manner
- Understand the requirements and priorities of the business
