Position Summary

The position holder’s role in the organization is to capture processes, document work instructions and perform analysis on the process design and model, with an assessment of the business model, using technology. Furthermore, evaluating good and bad qualities of the processes and creating models, with and understanding the workings of processes in a business organization to enhance and maintain good track records.

Main Activities

  • Identify and design business processes for automation
  • Set up, test and monitor automated workflows
  • Document and evaluate established business processes
  • Create and capture work instructions and desk procedures that are based on processes
  • Carry out analysis of present processes by using various RPA tools and technologies to check whether processes can be automated
  • Review the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and integration of systems
  • Ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
  • Create and implement initiatives on business process development and operative process management
  • Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations

Candidate profile

  • Preferable, but not limited to, Engineering or IT degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in RPA (Python)
  • Ability to develop RPA (robots), in order to improve productivity and quality
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to manage stressful situations
  • Clear communication and proven capability to learn and train other users over business solutions
  • Individual with high ethical standards and ensures compliance of policies and procedures
  • Portrays positive and professional image
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and English
