Sales Manager (m/f)
About your role
As Sales manager you’ll be focused on your customers – either customers who order mainly through our B2B online shop or new customers you need to attract. As a part of ASBIS “IT Distribution” Focus Group, you will be working with our full portfolio of brands – check more details on our website.
Your role is to communicate with customers and build relations, identify new sales opportunities & cooperate with Product line managers to ensure sufficient inventory and competitive product prices in order to meet market & customers’ demand.
How to do your job well?
- You have work experience in IT sales (wholesale / retail)
- You know the right people on the market (Local Retailers, Online Customers, other Distributors)
- You are fast learner who can easily understand and provide information about ASBIS product portfolio
Your responsibilities also include:
- Fulfilling sales plan and goals according to the set parameters (e.g. gross profit, active customers, etc.)
- Involving in communication internal team members when needed
- Monitoring feedback from customers and market trends
- Are you a „Relationship builder“? Great communicator, good listener, negotiator, with a leadership potential?
- Do you agree that “sale really starts when the customer says no”? Are you result-oriented, stress tolerant, convincing type?
- Are you able to create, follow-through and close deals?
