YOUR JOB
You will facilitate all scrum events and ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospective and daily stand-ups. You will work closely with the team, understanding the process from different perspectives, and facilitating design and development walkthrough with team members. You will be able to bring an important impact on how we design the team’s approach to the product quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of Software development lifecycle
- Proven experience in implementing scrum processes in the team/project and ensuring that those are being followed
- Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Strong facilitation: in retrospectives, team meetings, and one-on-one
- Highly-motivated learner with affection for digital innovations and technology trends
- Knowledge of agile implementation methodology
- Big-picture thinking
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with international teams and clients
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- Open for travelling when required
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), German is a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Agile certifications are a plus
- Technical background is a plus
