Responsibilities:
- Support development teams as a Scrum-Master in the introduction and establishment of Scrum framework;
- Help the Product Owner and BA to create and organize the product backlog;
- Actively participate in the further development of project organization and improving project processes;
- Arrange and facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, demo, retrospective, refinement and other meetings and activities;
- Remove the impediments for the scrum teams;
- Coach Scrum teams until the teams have internalized the agile methods in their actions;
- Serve and support teams with JIRA and Confluence activities;
- Onboard newcomers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of practical experience in role of Scrum Master;
- Experience in Scrum processes establishment with further adjustments;
- Experience in the outsourcing industry;
- Strong understanding of different frameworks – Scrum, Scrumban, XP, Waterfall;
- Excellent project management skills, including ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks simultaneously, and experience managing cross-functional teams;
- Good skills in leadership, team building and motivating, communication, cultural awareness, and negotiating;
- Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
Nice to have:
- You are a certified Scrum-Master or Product Owner;
- The technical background will be a plus.
