Job description
As a Scrum Master
You will support scrum teams in daily activities, coaching and training them how to follow agile and scrum values and principles.
What will you be doing?
- Organize Agile Ceremonies: Daily, Sprint planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings for different project teams
- Using Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
- Supporting Product Owner to establish Sprint goals
- Understanding team forming, norming, storming, performing processes
- Coaching Scrum team to be more self-organized and cross functional
What do we expect you should have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering/Information
- 3+ years of experience in IT industry as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Project Management/Product Owner roles
- Working experience with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding Software Development Lifecycle
- Agile Certification and qualification are beneficial (CSM, A-CSM, PSM…)
- English level Intermediate and higher
